#Method-1: Hafilat Card Balance Check Online
You can check your Hafilat Card Balance by visiting Hafilat Darb Website and following the steps given below.
- Go to Hafilat Darb Official Website @hafilat.darb.ae.
- Click on Recharge Card option.
- Enter your Hafilat Card Serial Number in the given box.
- Click OK button to proceed.
- Your Hafilat Card Balance will appear on screen.
- Check the balance and recharge your Hafilat Card if required.
#Method-2: Hafilat Card Balance Check through DARB Mobile App
The DARB Mobile App provides Hafilat Card Balance Check and Online Recharge facilities. If you have an Android or iPhone device, you can download DARB app from respective app store. Then follow the steps given below to check your Hafilat Card Balance through DARB App in two minutes.
- Open DARB app on your mobile phone.
- Register yourself with your email, mobile number and other personal details.
- Login with your email/mobile number and password.
- Find out Hafilat Card section and select it.
- Select the Recharge Card option.

You can also check your Hafilat Card Balance by SMS. Just send a simple text message to a specific number and receive your Hafilat Card Balance by an SMS on your mobile.
Type the SMS as BAL<space>Hafilat Card Serial Number and send the SMS to 3009.
E.g. If your Hafilat Card Serial Number is 123456789, then type the SMS as BAL 123456789 and send it to 3009.
After sending the SMS, wait for a few seconds. Soon you will receive an SMS showing your Hafilat Card Balance. Please note that the SMS is chargeable as per standard SMS rate.
#Method-4: Hafilat Card Balance Check via Recharge Machine
There are Sales and Recharge Machines installed at all bus stations, bus stops, malls and commercial buildings in Abu Dhabi. You can use any of these machines or go to sales offices to check Hafilat Card Balance by yourself. Kindly follow the steps given below.
