However, you must note that these drugs’ effects are not fast.

For example, it is important to check if the anxiety causes racing thoughts or affects the ability to focus. –         Breath through the anxiety: Breathwork is also an effective way to manage anxiety, but many people underutilize this strategy. To do the breathwork, you need to inhale and silently count to 4; then, you hold your breath till you get to 7 and then exhale at 8. This short exercise helps activate the parasympathetic response, thereby slowing the heart rate and increasing alpha brain waves. It also helps to calm the GABA neurotransmitter and makes you feel relaxed and calm.
