What Type of Questions are Asked in IB ACIO Syllabus?

The Ministry of Home Affairs announces the recruitment details for IB ACIO 2022. Since the Intelligence Bureau Assistant Central Intelligence Officer is a Grade-II/ Executive level job profile, many graduates attempt the test every year to become respected IB officers. The test mainly covers Quantitative Aptitude, General Studies, General Awareness, English Language, and Analytical/Numerical/Logical Ability.

In the GA section, you can expect questions from Current Affairs, Static GK, International and National Awareness.

IB ACIO Tier II Exam pattern

If a candidate acquires the cut-off in paper 1, the individual gets a chance to take Tier II. Since it is a descriptive test, aspirants should brush up on their English language, grammar, vocabulary, and spelling skill to score well in this paper.

You can expect Précis, English Comprehension, and Essay writing in this section. Plus, an examinee needs to complete this 50 marks test within one hour.

Syllabus

Since Tier II involves descriptive questions, like- essays, English comprehension, and précis writing, cover the topics Emergency Trends, Security Threats of India, and Miscellaneous to score well.

Personality Test

The personality test does not have any syllabus or specific question pattern to follow. While the test bears 100 marks, the interviewer judges a potential candidate based on their personality and intelligence.
